Peanut Butter Power Up Smoothie

Ingredients

4 tbsp. peanut protein powder​

2 tbsp cocoa powder​

2 bananas, ripe, peeled, sliced, frozen, approximately 8 oz.​

¼ cup peanut butter​

¼ tsp. vanilla extract ​

2 cups oat or non-dairy milk, chilled well​

1 cup ice, crushed

Directions

This recipe is a part of the National Peanut Board's Health Nut Club College Tour.

  1. Combine the peanut protein powder and cocoa powder in a small bowl. Stir to combine.​
  2. Place the bananas, peanut butter, vanilla, peanut and cocoa powder mix, and oat milk in a blender.​
  3. Blend until smooth.​
  4. Add ice and blend until smooth.​

Note: Use extra ripe bananas
